Common questions

Which providers does SaneSales support?

SaneSales supports Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, and Stripe. You can connect one provider in Basic, or multiple providers in Pro.

Do I need to upload my sales data anywhere?

No. The app talks directly to the providers you connect. SaneApps does not receive your API keys or your sales data.

What does the App Store version use for upgrades?

The App Store build unlocks Pro with an in-app purchase through Apple. The direct website build uses a direct license flow instead.

What should I include in a bug report?

Tell me the provider, the platform, what you expected, what actually happened, and whether it affects the dashboard, orders, products, widgets, or menu bar. Screenshots are useful when something looks wrong.

Where can I read more about privacy?

The privacy policy is at sanesales.com/privacy. It explains what stays on-device and what outside services are contacted when you connect provider accounts.
