LemonSqueezy is great for selling software licenses and digital products. But their dashboard is a browser tab you have to remember to check. Here's how to bring your LemonSqueezy sales into a native app on your device.
The Spreadsheet Way
- 1 Log into app.lemonsqueezy.com every morning
- 2 Navigate to Orders, filter by date range
- 3 Export CSV, open in Excel, subtract refunds manually
- 4 Repeat for every product. Copy into your master spreadsheet
- 5 Realize you forgot yesterday. Your spreadsheet is already stale
The SaneSales Way

Where to Find Your LemonSqueezy API Key
Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com → Settings → API. Click "Create API Key", give it a name (like "SaneSales"), and copy the key. Paste it into SaneSales Settings. The key only needs read access — SaneSales never modifies your store.
