How to Track Stripe Revenue on Mac & iPhone
Stripe powers millions of businesses, but its dashboard is designed for finance teams at large companies — not indie developers checking revenue between commits. Here's how to get your Stripe numbers without the complexity.
The Dashboard Way
- 1 Open dashboard.stripe.com in your browser
- 2 Navigate through Payments → All payments, apply date filters
- 3 Check Billing → Subscriptions separately for recurring revenue
- 4 Open yet another tab for Refunds
- 5 Try to combine Stripe + LemonSqueezy + Gumroad in your head. Give up
The SaneSales Way
- ✓ Settings → Stripe → Paste Secret Key. Connected in seconds.
- ✓ Subscriptions and one-time payments unified in one view
- ✓ Refunds deducted automatically from your revenue totals
- ✓ Stripe revenue shown alongside LemonSqueezy and Gumroad
- ✓ Your secret key stays in the device Keychain — never leaves your Mac or iPhone
Where to Find Your Stripe Secret Key
Go to dashboard.stripe.com/apikeys. Copy your Secret key (starts with sk_live_). Paste it into SaneSales Settings. Use a restricted key with read-only permissions if you prefer. SaneSales only reads charges, refunds, and products — it never creates or modifies anything in your Stripe account.
